​Lyon holds a special place in my heart as a foodie, a French-trained chef, and a storyteller. Its streets are alive with the spirit of culinary tradition and innovation, from bustling markets to intimate bouchons, where every meal tells a story. My journey to Lyon was first inspired by Eugénie Brazier, whose groundbreaking achievements as a chef and restaurateur captivated me and led me to write a screenplay (Famously Anonymous) and create a documentary (The Woman Who Held the Stars) based on her extraordinary life. Having traveled here many times, I’ve fallen in love with Lyon’s rich history, vibrant culture, and undeniable charm. Lyon is the perfect place to blend my passion for food and storytelling, inspiring new creative projects while embracing the city’s unique way of life.
Lyon occupe une place particulière dans mon cœur de gastronome, de chef formé en France et de conteur d'histoires. Ses rues sont animées par l'esprit de la tradition et de l'innovation culinaires, des marchés animés aux bouchons intimes, où chaque repas raconte une histoire. Mon voyage à Lyon a d'abord été inspiré par Eugénie Brazier, dont les réalisations révolutionnaires en tant que chef et restauratrice m'ont captivé et m'ont conduit à écrire un scénario (Famously Anonymous) et à créer un documentaire (The Woman Who Held the Stars) basé sur sa vie extraordinaire.
